What overseas teams ask.
Can we start with only a product idea or reference sample?+
Yes. The first step is to identify what information is missing before a supplier can quote or develop a meaningful sample. Drawings, target market, quantity, materials and target cost improve the brief.
Can you coordinate moulds and tooling?+
Yes. Tooling requirements, ownership, payment stages, revisions, maintenance and release conditions should be documented in the project scope and supplier agreement.
Do you perform factory audits and product testing?+
We can coordinate appropriate third-party factory audits, product inspections and laboratory testing. The responsible qualified provider and test scope are confirmed for each project.
Can you work with a supplier we already have?+
Yes. The assignment can focus on supplier communication, sampling, problem-solving, production follow-up or another defined workstream without replacing your existing supplier.
Can you accompany our team on a factory visit in China?+
Yes. Moi Trading can help coordinate the visit, prepare the agenda and open questions, attend the factory meeting, support communication and document the decisions and next actions for headquarters.
Can you help confirm a manufacturing order?+
Yes. We can coordinate the information and communication needed to clarify the product, quantity, commercial terms, production timing and open issues before the overseas company confirms its order. Final approval and contractual commitment remain with the client.
How do you qualify a potential manufacturer?+
We compare the factory against the product brief, ask structured questions about processes, equipment, capacity, quality systems, samples and lead times, and review available business information. When independent verification is needed, we coordinate a qualified third-party factory audit or technical assessment.
What happens when a sample or production result does not match the specification?+
Moi Trading can document the non-conformity, communicate the issue, follow the supplier's root-cause response, corrective action, rework and new approval checkpoint. Technical acceptance and any change to the specification remain with the client or the appointed qualified specialist.
